Your order must be made via our web shop. A confirmation of your order will be sent to specified email address (If you are not receiving the email from us, check your spam). Delivery

We supply products from stock. Our shipments are delivered by the Postal Service. Average delivery time is 2-7 days. In the basket you can see the shipping price. At unclaimed parcels charged to the customer a fee of 15 EURO / 20 USD.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you always have 14 day right of return. To take advantage of this, any product package musy be unopened and item must be unused. The customer is also responsible for return shipping. Contact us here before you return your package.

Repayment
 
We will, if you exercised your right to cancel, pay back what you paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the goods. You may have to pay back the cost when sending the item back. All refunds will be made via Paypal. To receive a refund, you must have a PayPal account. It's free to register your own Paypal account and is cheap to use.
